A Patti, The first photo is one taken by my corpsman grandson on his first deployment. He was there, he has stayed in touch with the families, the families that only have memories. May we never forget.
Thank you, Brig, for your touching remembrance. This day, like July 4 and Veterans Day, is more important than ever. I hope many people were moved to remember: some way, somehow.
