We didn't get the lightning down here but did finally get some real rain. We needed it so badly as it was becoming a dust bowl other than where we irrigated. I hope we get more. It's cozy.
Three inches in 30 minutes was fast enough for me. I went to Mt Angel the other day and saw smoke in the area, was worried til I figured out they were burning off stubble fields.
