LL, Wallyworld is a place I avoid if at all possible. Dad has a tree in a box in the garage ugh not on my watch, going to the nursery to get a small live one, and one to sneak up to the waiting room at the radiation treatment center in Redding...
pigpen51, I don't dare, he has a small armory in the pouch on his walker. Thanks for the heads up about the artificial snow, I could see he was gonna balk about that.
Chickenmom, LOL I had a red plaid one with ear flaps, might have looked pretty ugly, but it sure kept you warm when you were out feed'n cattle in the cold.
Jenny, I hope you post pics. Was teasing my neighbors about all the lights on the outside of their house. They have just retired back here (hometown) after living in Texas. They said nobody does Christmas like Texans!
I think you need to look into buying a small tree. They have them at Walmart at reasonable prices.

Poor, poor man. Next year, at least give him a running start. And remember, no artificial snow. It's a bear to wash out of your hair.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas.

DeleteLOL, too funny...
ReplyDeleteOld NFO, he is kinda gett'n a kick out of it...
DeleteI like the pine cone.
ReplyDeletePadre, I'm glad you like it. The challis was a find at a tag sale, and the pine cone fell on me as I rode under a pine in Oregon...
DeleteLove it! My Dad would wear a red plaid one with ear flaps! :o)

DeleteLooking good Dad!
ReplyDeleteThanks Odie, he's doing pretty darn good for 92.
DeleteLove his smile. Best Christmas décor ever.
ReplyDeleteCelia, He lights up when he smiles.
DeleteYour dad looks like he is enjoying that headgear. May the treatment be easy on him... and you.
ReplyDeleteGrannymar, He is! So far the treatment has been kind to him.
DeleteDecorating Dad!! OMG, you are a hoot. Gotta love him for being such a good sport.
ReplyDeleteGranny Annie, those that can't take a lot of teasing don't last long in this outfit!
DeleteI love that quilt on the wall! We're in Christmas decorating mode here, too.
ReplyDeleteJenny, I hope you post pics.
