Wedding...

My granddaughter's wedding was wonderful. Only wish Dad & the Cowman could have been there. They would have had the best time, and they would have liked Tyler's family as much as the rest of us do.
I got to meet Tyler's grandfather & grandmother, among many others that had flown out from Kansas for the wedding. Good people. Before the ceremony Tyler's grandfather and I were talking and he warned me, we better take good care of his boy, I said he best look out for my Ali, we sealed the deal with a handshake & a hug.
I promised pics so here you go:

LOL, I'm thinking I might have gone overboard talking about the shoes...
Thanks to Odie's suggestion, I found a pair of black strappy heels right here in RB.

Thank you. It was great fun for everyone.
LOL we are all country and got to the church early. The wedding planner came up to me and said, "I have never had this happen before!!!" (I thought something must have gone wrong.) when she said, "Everyone is here and ready EARLY, what an amazing family!"

  11. The sunflowers we have here in WI, have very rough stems, not pleasant to hold.

    1. Scott,
Ali's dad raises lots of black oil sunflowers, amony other things, and you are right their stems are very rough. The ones in the wedding were raised for the flower market and they have stems that aren't as rough.

    1. Granny Annie,
You would have had a good time!
A family friend flew the rice on, and that is as much as can be said in this dang state.
Thank you for the kind words.

  14. Common sense, integrity, and work ethic? Invaluable -- but handsome and pretty, too! I'm staring and staring at the bridal bouquet. Surely that's not a prickly pear pad in there! It must be more of those leaves. You wouldn't want cactus to get in the way of a first kiss.
