Maxwell...

Gone four years now but never forgotten, Maxwell, the Wonder Cowdog, a Border McNabX. Always a gentleman around people, hellaciously good on "eat your lunch" cows & bulls, gentle and guarding of babies & ol folks... 

Max waiting for the next go...


His ashes are on Sun Mountain in Oregon, along with the Cowman's. I'm sure they are together doing what they loved best, working cattle...

    JENNY: I miss Max, he was a once in a life time dog. Wish I had pics of him working cattle, cow skiing, setting in the wading pool with me and Maude...

    What a good dog!

    You know, I didn't know that dogs worked cattle until I went to Texas. Sheep, yes, but not cattle. Sadly ignorant...

    My dog is Slim. You got me mixed us with Arkansas Patti and that is a good thing. Her dog is Callie:) lol We both love our dogs like you loved Maxwell.
